The home is ideally situated in the heart of Naples near Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. These beaches are known for their beautiful white sand, calm seas, shelling and breath-taking sunsets. The home is walking distance to Mercato, a popular Naples hotspot, where you will find great night life, restaurants, shops, cinema, and more.

~~THE ROOMS~~

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.). The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a computer desk. Guest room #1 includes a queen-sized bed. Guest room #2 Includes a full-sized bunk bed that can sleep 4 people with a twin-sized bed at the top, a full-sized bed at the bottom, and a twin-sized trundle. The kids will love this room!
Kitchen: The kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, dishes, utensils, chef knives, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee), blender, toaster, rice cooker, large refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space for storage. The kitchen also includes a beautiful breakfast nook area and granite counter-tops with bar stools overlooking the main living room area.
Living Room: The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart Roku TV with Xfinity basic cable (includes Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.), and a google digital Home assistant.
Game Room: The game room includes a billiard and ping pong combo game table. You will also find a Super Pac-Man Arcade game, a Street Fighter Arcade game, a giant sized Connect 4 as well as board games, books, and toys.
Pool: The house features a screened in lanai with a south facing optional heated pool, lounge chairs to relax, patio set, and a BBQ grill. It offers privacy and is surrounded by lush landscaping. The pool has a hybrid solar/electric heating system. Pool heating is optional and can be added at an additional cost. Please contact the host.
Exterior Cameras: There is a doorbell camera as well as security cameras on the sides of the house and above garage door (all facing the exterior of the home).
