Absolutely adorable tiny house with beautiful touches and everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay!! Close to everything you might need from food, shopping,to beautiful beaches!!! Definatly would stay again!!
My fiance and I were in town for a conference. The cottage was perfect. Close to everything, comfortable, clean and cute. We can’t wait to visit again for longer. Will stay here again!
Stayed here from May 17 through May 24, 2024, and was quite impressed. Spacious, one bedroom guesthouse, located near the end of a quiet, dead end street. No screaming kids or yapping dogs, easy to sleep at night, and chill out during the day. Exquisitely well color coordinated, featuring agreeable gray walls with white trim. Light brown laminate floors. Really enjoyed the decor. Loved the peach colored velour stools with brass legs, and the green high top table in the dining area. Headboard on the bed has matching peach colored velour. Kitchen sink fixtures and the cutlery set are also brass. Kitchen sink faucet is unique, in that it glows blue when the water is cold, green when it’s warm, red when it’s hot. Water actually glows in these colors! Good water pressure both here and in the bathroom shower. Also liked the near instant hot water. Turn the faucet, and within 10 seconds, you have hot water. Not the case everywhere, not even at home! Comfortable and stylish white leather ottoman and recliner in front of a wide screen TV set, and blue leather couch round out the living area. Two air conditioners and a ceiling fan keep the place as cold as you want it. It was between 90° and 95° with constant sunshine during my stay, always cool inside. Large walk-in closet featuring an iron if you need it. Washer and dryer on site, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. Very little, not to like here.

Improvements Needed
This is a cozy "cottage" home is on the back of the property, behind another larger home. The side gate and entry was overgrown and when we had rain, the front parking was 3" underwater.
We had issues because the water heater temperature was above the allowed Florida temperature and the owner called a plumber to adjust it. He did not repair the toilet which was running continually on his first trip. He did fix the running toilet on the third day of our five night stay. The running toilet made it difficult to sleep.
The home would benefit from a half day of work from a handyman to address the following issues: fix the broken blinds in the master bedroom, replace the weather stripping on the door so mosquitoes cannot come into the house, replace the rusted shower curtain rod, tighten the cabinet hinges so they will not fall off when opened, replace the toilet paper holder so the roll will not fall on the floor everytime you touch it, rehang the mirror that was originally hung without anchors and is angled on the floor of the bedroom entry, and hire a landscape crew to trim the overgrown ivy, trees, and trim the walkways.
Upon arrival, we discovered discrepencies in the terms of the rental like the limited hours of the laundry in the big house. The owner messaged us while it was raining to move our vehicle. We had the impression that the larger home is the primary property and the "cottage" is an afterthought, including the guests.
We wished it was better.
We would not stay at this property again. It needs basic maintenance and better quality amenities. The yard was littered with trash. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan. I suppose in Naples you get what you pay for - and the price was OK.
