This year round home offers everything you need to make all your summer memories. Sprawl out over the spacious 2 story home offering plenty of rooms and hang out spots. Whether you want to hang out by the beach side fire pit or relax on the deck overlooking the beautiful mountains and vineyard, you have plenty of choices!
There are 2 kayaks for renters to enjoy along with a large permanent, private dock!

Only 5 miles to Naples and 15 miles to Canandaigua City and 7 minutes to Bristol Mountain.
This place is loaded with all you need to enjoy your vacation!

This property can sleep up to 8 people and is allowed to have up to 12 people on the premises during the day.

The house is perfect for a week at the lake. It has everything you’d need for a perfect getaway. Kitchen stocked for large groups and the outside gathering areas are really awesome.

Lovely spot on the lake
We really enjoyed staying on such a pretty lake. I loved having a dock. I brought my little sailboat and sailed every day. The little kids in the family enjoyed playing on the shore.

Excellent location- beautiful, spacious, fun
Perfect vacation for my family - 4 adults & 3 teenagers. The view of the lake from the rear balcony is gorgeous. The sunrise through the MBR windows is breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals and grill out on the gas grill. Loved having two Kayaks. The location is close to restaurants in Naples & a scenic drive to Cananadaigua. The beds & sheets were very comfortable. We rented a pontoon boat from German Brothers who were agreeable to pro-rate the fee for time used (less than full-day // more than half-day). Was cool this property came with a giant float to pull behind the boat and convenient we could dock the boat along our private dock to take breaks. We rate this vacation 10/10

Lake Canandaigua Family Vacation
We had high hopes for the rental given its description online, and I'm pleased to say those hopes were more than met. As promised, the house has a gorgeous view of Lake Canandaigua, and the kitchen and living area are supplied with everything you could want and the appliances are of consistently high quality. The outdoor water equipment is also plentiful and good. All in all, our family of 7 (including a young child and a baby) enjoyed ourselves greatly. Given Covid, we did not go out and explore a lot (though we did some exploring where we could social distance), but luckily the house and private access to the water allowed us to stay "at home in our family bubble" and still very much enjoy ourselves. Our whole family would highly recommend this rental and would like to return in a future summer.

We were very pleased on arrival , what a gem. Updated and clean. We were able to kayak in lake October and enjoy the fall season. Restaurants, hiking, shops, overlooks all near by. A big Thank you to our hosts. We plan on returning with family next year

Friends Get away!
My husband and myself went with another couple to check out the Finger Lakes area. We were beyond pleased with this House. Beautiful views, and spacious house!! Hosts were fantastic with responses and offered several recommendations. Truly a relaxing and fun filled week!!!

We haven’t taken a family vacation in a few years and this was perfect for us and our daughters’ families. We have 3 teenage grandsons and had never taken a lakeside vacation with kayaking on the lake being the bighlite.

Fun Week at the Cottage
The South end of Canandaigua was beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was a perfect place to kayak and swim everyday. There was also a place to tie up a boat. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed for a stress free vacation. The many outside stairs to get to the house and lakefront would be a barrier for some. The owner was very receptive to questions.

Piece of Paradise
The Bolton family have created an incredible place in this lake house on Canandaigua Lake. Comfort, cleanliness and charming aesthetics embrace you as you vacation in their home. Communication with the host is outstanding. I would highly recommend this vacation locale for family retreats or even a romantic getaway. GLORIOUS!

Lake front bliss with all the amenities for a fun and relaxing stay.
The location in the quiet cove was amazing. Ample outdoor space between the dock, the beach and lawn and the deck off the house. The house was well appointed and every room was big and comfortable. The details in the decor and the amenities were a huge plus. Great stay would definitely go back.

Perfect Family Lake House
Lake living! Perfect location on the lake. The way the house is laid out made for easy use and plenty of space for our whole family. The dock was a little tight for a novice to dock a pontoon boat but even for a beginner boat "captain" it was a great way to spend the day on the lake and stop back for meals and breaks. Views were amazing from the house and the floating dock was amazing! Highly recommend this house for a fabulous lake trip!

The house was very modern and clean. Everything we needed was supplied and the beds were very comfy. Being it was 90 most days the air conditioning was wonderful. Parking was good with places for any guest just down the road. Getting in and out of the driveway was tricky as it is a very busy road and on a knoll but workable if you were careful. Beach and dock were great so you could either dive in or walk out. Having our own bedrooms for four couples was a plus and we had enough room to gather inside and out. We would book again. The host were very helpful with any questions we had.

Lake Front Retreat
Beautiful Lake House. The 4 bedrooms were a plus due to our large family. The kitchen was a dream come true, all new high end appliances , counter tops and cabinets. The Family room view was outstanding due to the wall of sliding glass doors. The attached deck was large with a big table , We brought a large pontoon boat with us and the dock in the back was a blessing. Beautiful and convenient. Being older with bad knees the access to the lake was a God send. Few steps to reach it. Looking to book it next year. The Boltons were great hosts. /
