Beautiful new Coastal Contemporary style home with a pool. Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. New beds and other furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen. Very nice covered Lanai ( screened in pool cage covers the pool). The pool has an very nice sun shelf.
Discover a single family home large enough for the family and close enough to all Naples has to offer, without the high rental cost.
Only a few miles to many amenities such as the beach with famous soon to be rebuilt Naples Fishing Pier, Lovely Baker park, Downtown Naples, Fun Tin city area, and Botanical Garden.

Fresh and New in a up coming development
Its a great place. With lots of space. It was pretty hot off the press (Just completed) so there was some challenges there with stuff missing and small bugs and stuff. But nothing that wont be resolved easily by manager. Bedding could be upgraded (pillows and comforters) But not a deal breaker. And personally the lighting is a little rough, but im sensitive to that. (Super bright and no dimmers anywhere. Low cost LEDS that are really "Blue") Again, not a deal breaker. Overall a great stay that worked well for my family.

Clean, brand-new home
I believe we were the first to stay here, as everything in the home was new, and well-appointed. It is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a very comfortable kitchen/ great room, with room for guests to mingle, and even have separate areas to visit. While we had 5 of us stay here overnight, we had a family gathering, and could accommodate 11 for dinner. The owners were very communicative, and took great interest in our comfort. The home is very close to Naples airport, but is so well constructed, we did not notice the air traffic until we sat outside. Even then it was a very enjoyable stay, and would rent this home again.
