This 2024 Renovated Unit is located across the street from Naples Beautiful Beach and one block from fabulous dining and shopping on 3rd Street South. The condo offers 2 beautifully beach theme decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed and the Guest Bedroom offers 2 twin or a King sized bed (upon request). There are large flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Premium Cable is offered in this unit with Wifi. The remodeled Kitchenette offers a brand new cooktop, microwave/convection oven and an apartment sized refridgerator. The Dining Area offers beach style dining with bench seating. The pool is located a few paces from the front door. Designated parking is close to this first floor unit, making this unit one of the most convenient in the building. There is a laundry facility on the premises, located on the second floor with an elevator for easy access.

Christmas visit

Christmas visit by family of 3. Worked out well. Location excellent. Clean and lovely condo. Might be tight by more than 3 but we'll definitely be back.

Beautiful accommodations

Naples getaway weekend

Property was immaculate and host had thought of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better with a quick walk to the beach as well as to the restaurants and shopping! We will definitely be back!

Great Property/Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our beach get away. It just steps to the beach and to dining. The unit was well stocked and pristine. We would spend our mornings at the beach, relax in the on-property pool in the afternoon and then walk just a block over to great restaurants for dinner. Mary was a very gracious host. We would definitely recommend this property.

Location, location, location!

Super cute beach condo with great pool to use! Did I mention the location? Steps away from the beautiful, sandy beach featuring amazing sunsets. Old downtown shopping also just a block away.

Lovely two bedroom condo near beach and Old Naples

My husband , our two young adult kids, & I enjoyed a brief stay. The condominium was very clean, attractive and comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The location was top-notch: one black from the beach and one to two blocks from Third Avenue restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was attractive and clean

Perfect location and great condo.

The condo was great and perfectly appointed. Mary provided all the details in a timely fashion with care and attention. The place still smells new! The location in the building is great for those that want to be near the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add some additional hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry. That’s it which is not even a big deal. We will be back again! Thanks for all the support, Mary! Our Spring Break was a success.

Birthday Trip

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! Could not ask to be in a better place. Walking distance from the beach, the pier, restaurant, shops. Anything you could think of. 5stars!!

Great place, amazing experience

They title says it all. The location is truly amazing. They completeness if the apartment is far above anyone could possibly imagine. This is now our favorite little getaway spot.

Amazing time!

This condo was wonderful very clean and walking distance to everything. Mary was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The bedrooms do not get a cool as the rest of the unit, but she provided fans so that made it comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Trip!

Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!

A beautiful place

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. The location could not be better, so close to the beach and in downtown Naples. The condo was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything you need! We were free to use beach towels, surf boards, toys for the kids. Mary made us feel so welcome! This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at during our Florida trip. The only regret is that we could not stay longer but had to go back to Germany. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in a Great Part of Naples

My buddy and I had a great stay for a few days of golf and relaxation in a very nice unit a block from the beach. Mary was terrific, very responsive and hospitable. She provided beach chairs, towels, keurig pods and even a nice bottle of wine. Such a sweet lady. I would return in a heartbeat, in fact I will probably bring my wife and kids next year. The BEST!

A real gem

This was our third stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner, Mary, has many extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Naples Getaway with my BFF

Celebrated my best friend turning 60 by renting this property. We had a great time and loved the property! It was so beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We were a block from great dining and shopping and a block from the beach. Our host has thought of everything you would need from the big items to the small items. Beds were comfy and my friend loved her pillow! We would definitely come back again!

Location is great and with lots of options available to you to please everyone.

The location is perfect for convenience and variety of options. Loved the location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants as well as the neighborhood feel for walking and biking. The fact that we rarely took the car out was really nice. Accommodations had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, as well as the towels. The property was quiet, clean, and the host very helpful and accommodating. The information and descriptions available were on point. We appreciated this being a corner unit, having the extra window in each bedroom brought in extra light. The pool area was a great opportunity to be outside for your morning coffee and to enjoy the weather before heading out to the beach. Provides a great opportunity later in the day as well. The Naples area provided great options for restaurants, shopping, and the beaches are very clean and absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Great opportunity for those of you that like walking on the beach and collecting shells. We enjoyed renting bikes with Beach Bum Bike Rental’s with delivery and pickup services available made it very convenient. The area has great biking options available. We would definitely consider renting condo again soon.
