BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Quiet and clean. Very close to beach!
Very nice place to come back to after a crazy day of adventuring and snorkeling. Nice shower and kitchen space. It has everything ready you need for a day at the beach. Assigned parking was nice too.

Didn’t look at reviews at all until my friend mentioned it just because our stay was absolutely terrible. The property is nice itself and the condo was nice and as shown however, the neighbors made complaints that WERE NOT TRUE to management what so ever. They stated we were loud which we were in bed by 10pm every night. The screen door shut loudly one day due to the wind they had been having and a man yelled out “do not to slam the door”. The day we left one told us we were terrible tourist and to leave there island. Sorry, are we a communist country? I’m an American as well “how am I a tourist sir” Im sorry sir do you know where I’m even from? The lady in A3 which is next door to our door said to us that “they live here just so we know”. You will not feel welcome and I promise you your stay will be ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. ❌🚫 This condo is very nice itself and no complaints to the owners on it but again they do not want outsiders here and it’s sad because this behavior should not be aloud what so ever.

Worst place ever and worst managing company ever
Check in was not clear at all. Difficulty to find the appartment. Very spooky neighbor with bizarre habits. Day 3 of our stay a leak occur in the bathroom. Very dirty water splashing over the toilet from the roof. We contact Maui paradise properties and they were not sure what to do … finally the onsite manager take care of the situation after 3 days. First I ask for a refund for the disagrement. Maui paradise properties accept to refund 1 day for the disagreement. THEY NEVER process the refund on my credit card, even 3 weeks after our stay. It’s on VRBO account but nothing on my credit card account. They deliberatly don’t proceed. I red comments on internet about this company and it seems like a modus operandi. Many unsatisfied client with refunds promise that have receive nothing. DONT STAY HERE. Beds are completly finished, there was dust everywhere and lot of bugs in the kitchen.

Gross dive!
Who cleans for them because it was dirty-broken glass, whiskers in sink, filthy floors (mop?), and black ink spots on bedding that was cheap, cheap. Really uncomfortable bed and couch which were beat up, rude neighbors and site manager was strange. He pounded on door demanding to be in for pest control to spray inside apartment, had a fire alarm check one day, and neighbors remodeling next door with power tools etc.- after all the rules to be quiet, et. etc so many rules! Felt unsafe. Don't waste your $$$!!

Check in process is terrible. They require a form to be submitted 24 hours prior to your stay which is fine I have no problem with that, but the property manager sucks (for lack of a better word). I tried contacting them prior multiple times since I had questions and no answer, you can only talk to them via text message and they took 1-2 hrs to respond. Then we arrived had questions and no answer. It stated we needed a parking pass there was no pass and I was worried I would get the car towed but of course no response. As for the place itself it was nice close to the beach. The mattress was terrible. It lacked support so when we were sleeping we would constantly be rolling to the center. In addition what we thought would be a relaxing stay was stopped by the construction that occurred everyday next door the constant drilling is still ringing in my ears. I wish I would’ve picked a different place for the amount of money paid. I’ve had much better experiences and usually never have problems with places I stay at but this one I have never experience something like that. Ironic thing is, Maui is supposed to be relaxing! For future people looking to stay here, proceed with caution.
