E Komo Mai “welcome” to Kahana Manor 503! This beautifully remodeled Kahana Manor condo is located between Napili – Honokowai and Kaanapali, in one of the most popular areas in West Maui. Less than fifteen minutes from Lahaina, this beautiful condominium's location is the perfect mix of resort life and local vibe. It's ideal for a romantic getaway, as well as the family looking for kid-friendly beaches and all the comforts of home amenities. The remodel was completed in a way that is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.

Kahana Manor 503 does not have an installed air conditioner, however, for your comfort, there are 2 portable air conditioning units in the condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath 5th floor condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Please note that the complex offers elevators for your convenience. Dine inside or outside on your private lanai, a great place to enjoy your coffee or Mai Tai! Step inside to the open concept main living area; the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The bright and airy kitchen features bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes. It truly has everything you need to make all your meals at home.

Slide the barn door to find the master bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen size bed and large mirrored closets. The ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled, features a large walk-in and roll-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For additional guests, a Queen size sofa sleeper is available in the main living area. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Kahana Beach, a short walk from your condo, is the quintessential Maui beach – soft, white sand, no rocks to dodge and peaceful. It's a great beach for swimming, with smaller waves and crystal blue water. There's even a rock outcropping on the south side of the beach and reefs to the north that are perfect for snorkeling. And, with the rental shop located on the ground floor of the complex, you can easily rent your snorkel gear and head out to the reef to get a closer view of the sea turtles, eels, dolphins, and many beautiful tropical fish.

Kahana Manor is steps away from popular restaurants, shops and transportation. In fact, Miso Phat Sushi is located on the ground floor of Kahana Manor. There is also a grocery/liquor store, sports bar, water sports equipment rental store, children's and baby rental/supply store, and even a salon to get a manicure/pedicure. The Sands Restaurant, Maui Brewing Company, and concierge services for your island outings is a short 3-minute walk. If you prefer a day trip to Lahaina, which is less than 15-minutes away by car/bus, you can access public transportation within steps of the condo as well – and it operates every hour!

Important to note that some things around the resort are not ADA friendly and require steps, including the resort pool.

We set up each of our condos with an essential starter-kit of dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, a mini starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap.

Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests. Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

A+ condo with ideal location
Fantastic place to stay! The condo was spacious, with a well stocked kitchen (spices, dishes, utensils, etc.), nice linens/towels, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The balcony was perfect for meals. Easy to walk to dinner (Miso Phat!), coffee, gym, beach, etc. Grateful for the a/c units in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully remodeled condo
The inside of the condo is awesome, has everything you need, well stocked with soaps trash bags coffee misc etc..the little things. Beds and linens are great, ac units in each bedroom work awesome, cools the room down in 5 mins with the door shut. The building itself is definitely dated but doesn't matter. The shops downstairs and right up the street have everything you need, food, booze, sundries etc. Would highly recommend this place.

Our Stay at Kahana Manor
We enjoyed our stay at Kahana Manor. The space was clean and the location is great. We loved Lahaina and all the history the town offers. We also appreciated the fair price point. One negative for us was the noise from the landscapers. They started early and it seemed to last a very long time. We realize that the apartment owners are not at fault for this and most likely can't do much about it, but it did make it hard to sit on the balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. The master bedroom had AC that worked great but the one in the guest bedroom appeared to be not working. This wasn't really an issue for us. Our vacation was in the end of May and it never got terribly hot. Another odd thing was that the TV in the living room didn't seem to be working correctly. It could have been user error but it repeatedly would turn on without anyone even touching the remote. Again, not really an issue for us because we weren't in Hawaii to sit and watch TV. We appreciated that there were some basic necessity items availible so we didn't have to go out and buy trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend/ return. Mahalo!

Very nice, recently renovated property in Kaanapali
Thank you for renting to us! The property was as described and we really enjoyed the ocean view and amenities in the same building (two restaurants, grocery/convenience, beach rental). There are a few things that I'd like to share so that you can improve your property even more for future rentals. 1. Please add furniture to the lanai. Something that every traveler does is sit on the lanai and enjoy the Maui weather and ocean view. 2. The ACs in the bedroom were nice, but very loud when switching on and off easily waking you up throughout the night. 3. The front bedroom window needs to be secured. It would be very easy for someone in the hallway to enter the condo as the window cannot be locked with the AC vent there. 4. The condo was very nice on the inside, but the rest of the property felt run down. The carpets leading to the front door were very dirty. There was trash in the elevator and common areas that was not picked up. 5. Please add more amenities inside the apartment. Things like curtains, dressers, a tea kettle, separated laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and a ceiling fan in the main room would have all made a positive difference during our stay. Best of luck!
