Papakea B102 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, air-conditioning and more! The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a California King-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian theme furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. For your comfort there's a window A/C to keep you cool, along with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom

The tranquil bedroom featuring a California King-size bed and ample storage space and a large flat-screen TV. Just off the hallway, the updated bathroom includes a large vanity space and a shower/mini tub combo. This ground-floor unit features a covered lanai with a dining table for 4. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances. A Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee maker, an air popcorn maker, a crockpot are all included in the condo. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
