Beautiful condo right on the beach with fantastic ocean views! With over 2,000 square feet (including two lanai's) this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is one of the nicest and largest condos on Maui! In a Hotel-zoned resort, it has the benefit of 24-hour front desk check in and peace of mind of booking accommodations zoned hotel! Includes A/C system, updated kitchen and bathrooms with granite and quartz counters and custom cabinets, custom furniture, custom-made large sectional sofa with two queen sofa sleepers with thick bamboo mattresses, etc. You can almost touch the sand from this incredible beachfront location with some of the best views on all of Maui! Large Master Bedroom opens up for expansive views and closes for additional privacy with solid wood sliding door on tracks! In 3rd bedroom, give us advance notice and a conversion kit can turn the 2 twin beds into a king bed if you prefer. Accommodates up to 12 guests (approval required for more than 6). Located in the resort’s north building closest to the beach! Elevator in building! (Or take the stairs for exercise!) Right in front of you is an incredible sandy swimming beach, with small ocean waves, and at the south end of the beach there are rocky areas great for snorkeling with sea turtles frequently spotted! Ocean and island views from your lanai, see whales during season and surfers from the popular surfing beach just 1 block south! The resort has 16 Gas BBQ's, 2 heated swimming pools and 2 heated jacuzzi's, complete restaurant with full bar, lounge chairs, stand up paddle board and kayak rentals, three tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball hoop, putting green, two fitness centers, 24 hour front desk, 24 hour security patrol, covered and uncovered parking, large koi ponds, onsite concierge services, 5 restaurants within one block of the condo too! Wonderful Spring Break
Our family had a wonderful week in the condo. The location is right on the beach and we saw whales daily as well as beautiful sunsets. The condo was lovely and a good space for our family. We were a little nervous about the many rules/procedures in the condo but we managed to follow them and everything was great!

Wonderful condo on the beach!
We loved the location, the view from the condo, and all the beach toys included in the closet for our use. The condo was large enough to comfortably house our family of 6 and had all the amenities we desired. The property manager was readily available for any guidance needed. We’d definitely stay here again on our next return to Maui!

We loved our stay here! This condo is right on the beach and in a great location, five to ten minutes from many great restaurants and activities. The condo is very open and was perfect for our family of six adults. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing Location
The condo was beautiful and spacious. Three bedrooms, two baths and a fabulous view from the balcony and the living room. It was right on the beach and there were numerous amenities available such as a restaurant and bar. I highly recommend this listing!

Great property. Phenomenal view. Had my elderly mother in law with us and it accommodated her very well! Property Manager was very communicative and the owner Dave was very responsive. Sands of Kahana is a great property.

A bit of everything!
Loved this location! Rented a paddle board and went out right on front of the condo every day. Snorkeling was good here on some days, but murky on others - found plenty of places to snorkel by checking the snorkel report daily! Basically, we were able to do anything we wanted to do (surf lessons, plantation tour, boogie boarding, swimming in the pool, shopping) within walking distance or a short drive! Lots of great restaurants nearby, too. And a beautiful view when we did hang out at the condo.

Everything we could have hoped for!
We loved this place and will come back. As good as the ad pictures are they don't compare to seeing it. It was very spacious and clean. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the whales and there were many. The communication with the owner and manager was great. This was a one in a lifetime vacation and we will be back! Mahalo!

Maui vacation
We loved the view from the condo! We watched whales right out the window every morning. The condo was a lot bigger than we expected. It was so nice to have some space! The beach closet was so helpful to borrow chairs and an umbrella. My kids loved the pools and how easy it was to access the beach. We took advantage of having pickleball courts, which was so fun. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Paradise for multi-generational/multiple family stay!
6 day stay including check in & check out days. Reserving stay was quick and easy. Quick response to questions at time of booking. Great communication and quick to offer any assistance before and during our stay. View of the ocean is AMAZING! Location is great and great eats close by. No regrets, a great time for all members of the family (from grandparents to kids). Also so convenient to cook our own meals when we wanted to. Great supply of beach gear also to pick from! Memories made in paradise!

Amazing View!!
The condo was well maintained, clean, had plenty of items in the beach closet to use, even a cooler for trips to the store that came in handy. We had 7 people stay in our condo and it had plenty of room. The kitchen is quite large for a condo and having two bathrooms definitely helped. The views were amazing!! The large picture window, plus the Lanai facing the ocean, made it very easy to see the sunrise and sunset every day when we were in the room during those times of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious property, beautiful views!
We had a wonderful stay from March 2 - March 10. The condo has three spacious bedrooms, and plenty of space for our family of 6. We loved being able to use the beach supplies in the closet (beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, etc.), and loved the property which is located steps from the beach. The restaurant at the property was great as well - good food and great service! The ocean views from the condo are amazing! I can't say enough about them. We loved hearing the waves / ocean at night - even with the windows closed! You can also see whales (in season) just by relaxing on the lanai. The location is very close to anything in West Maui. 5 min drive from Napili Bay - very nice beach, and 5-7 min drive from Ka'anapali area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating, as was the owner. It was a wonderful stay, and would love to go back!

Time to relax and refresh
We all wanted to just relax and refresh on the beach, on the patio and around the island. Our 8 days were wonderful... just what we wanted. All three generations had a great time. Grandparents enjoyed the view from the unit and the easy walk to the beach. Parents and kids (in their 20's) loved knowing that they could adventure and enjoy while our seniors were safe and content. We will definitely be back!! P.S. lots of turtles!!

Great stay!
We had a great time here the property was beautifully taken care of. We had an issue with the shower in the guest room that was not shutting off. We called Charles our on site contact at 8 pm & he came right away to fix it! Things happen when on vacation & it’s great to know they’re willing to do everything possible to maximize your stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody looking for that beach front view. We were able to see sea turtles from the balcony & that was amazing!

Great Views and Location!
Our party of 10 here loved it! It was large enough for all of us. We enjoyed seeing whales on the lanai and out the large windows every morning and evening. We didn’t cook, but utilized the beach closet, pool, the bar/restaurant and beach for snorkeling and an evening turtle sighting. We were centrally located for visiting all parts of the island. Minor issues: sometimes not enough hot water for showering, and we booked so far out with a listed fully cancellation date up to 2 months before the trip, but when booked the owner stated fully refundable for 30 days only. We took the chance, but docked a star for online accuracy.

Fantastic Family Vacation
Our family enjoyed this property/location. We had wonderful ocean views with a nice calm beach area. The property was just as it had been pictured. We had everything needed from the full kitchen, washer/dryer & a beautiful relaxing view. David was very accommodating with great suggestions on our adventures. Our travels included-Sunrise on Haleakala (very special day with our daughter getting engaged), Nakalele Blowhole, zip lining, snorkeling at Mololkini crater & several beaches. It was so nice coming back to David's condo. Always had a covered parking spot, a beautiful sunset on the lanai & comfy beds to end a perfect day. Thank you David - we shall return!

Lahaina Condo
We had a wonderful time at David's condo. It was exactly what we expected. Had everything we needed to have a great vacation from lots of towels for the beach plus for bathing. Lots of beach toys and accessories. The view was absolutely gorgeous day and night. I loved hearing the waves as I fell asleep each night. Great breeze that comes through as well. I would definitely stay here again. Close to many shops and restaurants. Beach was never overcrowded and waves weren't too much for our 18 month grandson. We used the BBQ Grill to cook our dinners and enjoyed the restaurant on site. Beautiful condo for sure.

Maui Vacation
The Property exceeded our expectations. The 2nd Floor Ocean view was perfect. Sitting on the Lanai every tranquil morning drinking coffee with wonderful views of Lanai and Molokai is a memory that will last a lifetime. We had a group of 6 and there was more then enough room. The Unit was well maintained and had a very large kitchen. The Owner was extremely accommodating as we had the trip originally planned for last July. Due to COVID the Owner allowed us to reschedule at the same price which clearly speaks volumes about their fairness to their Guests. We hope to get back soon!
