Sophisticatedly beachy, updated top floor condo with Views, Views, Views!! Hale Ono Loa #411 looks out across the oceanfront pool and across the expansive blue Pacific Ocean. Sunsets are stunning from your private lanai. The pinks and orange colors reflect vibrantly off the ocean water. Don’t miss relaxing morning coffee while lounging and listening to the waves ripple. In the winter months, catch views of Humpback Whales splashing and breaching straight out from your condo.This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo has been recently remodeled with a brand new kitchen, new bathroom and fresh paint throughout. The kitchen features new appliances, stone counters including quaint little breakfast bar and bright new cabinets. For the chef of the family, we have fully stocked the shelves with plateware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, blender, toaster and coffee maker… everything you will need to whip up meals to enjoy al fresco on your lanai.The living room has a large 60" Smart television for cozy movie nights in. Plush sofa pulls out to a sleeper to accommodate a total of 4 guests in this home. Inside dining table for 4 is great for a game of rummy with a view. Playing cards are supplied as a gift.Bedroom has comfy King bed, separate 40" TV and has glass doors so you could lay in bed and still see out to the ocean. While there is not AC allowed in this complex, there are louvered windows and ceiling fans to allow the famous trade winds and ocean breezes in to help keep cool.Updated bathroom is centrally located for all to use. The large tiled shower has glass sliding doors. Plenty of vanity counter space to get ready for the beach or a romantic dinner at one of the many popular restaurants nearby.
There is coin operated laundry onsite (on 2nd and 3rd floors). Bring quarters. Laundry detergent is supplied.Hale Ono Loa is a beautifully landscaped property featuring large oceanfront pool, shuffleboard, community gas grills and 2 sun decks. The furthest west raised sundeck sits just above the ocean and is perfect for watching whales and enjoying sunsets with the island of Lanai as a backdrop. You’ll find lush foliage including tropical plants, fragrant floral trees, coco palms and even banana trees! This resort is situated between the Kaanapali Resorts and World famous Kapalua golf courses so you are just moments from all of the dining and shopping in both areas as well as many sandy beaches. You are also only about a 10 minute drive from Lahaina including famous Front Street and its many shops, galleries and restaurants. Hale Ono Loa translated means “House of Good Living” in Hawaiian and you will fully feel this meaning when staying here.While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. Absolute Gem
This property is even better than advertised! Wake up with a view of the ocean from the king bed, watch the sunset from the lanai or from one of the complex viewing decks. Plenty of sea life to see right from the viewing deck-up to four turtles swimming right up to the wall. The complex was so quiet and pleasant so that you can actually relax. The other condo owners that I met were lovely to me. The condo itself was impeccably clean, well organized, and stocked with everything I could possibly need. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Comfortable and great view
The renovated condo with a well-equipped kitchen was very accommodating. Even without air conditioning, with the ceiling fans and ocean breeze the temperatures were comfortable. No washer & dryer in the unit was a bit of a nuisance, but manageable with a laundry room in the complex. Loved the ocean view.

Beautiful ocean front property.
Great place. We will definitely consider future stays. We had views of whales jumping out of the water from our balcony. We could see the ocean laying in the bed. The property was furnished with everything you'd need to cook if you want to get groceries. Various snacks and coffee provided including a couple of mugs to take home which was a nice touch. Convenient laundry room close by for extended stays. Highly recommend.

Third Time - Still A Charm
This was our third stay at this condo and it has become my happy place. The view is exceptional, the location is perfect, the grounds are beautiful, the kitchen is stocked with every cooking utensil you would need, the bed and furniture is comfortable, the laundry facilities are great, and the whale and turtle viewing can’t be beat. My only complaint this time was people playing music at the pool, sometimes more than one group. I just wish people would use headphones since maybe we all don’t want to hear your music.

Second Time - Still a Winner!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property - previous with different owners. The updated couch, lounge chair and curtains in the bedroom were a welcome change. This place is literally stocked with whatever you would need in the kitchen. The views are amazing - whales all day long! The pool area has plenty of seating and the grounds are beautifully maintained. We ran into an issue with one of the washing machines but the laundry is convenient otherwise. The place is walking distance to the Farmer’s Market and ABC store. The place just has a really chill vibe and the people staying there are generally respectful when it comes to noise, picking up after themselves, and we met some very nice people sitting around the place pool. I would come back here every year if I could - it is my paradise.

With that being said, there is not a beach off this location. There are some stair so the ocean but it’s rocky and the waves crash hard so not a place that would work if you have kids.The condo was updated nicely but there is not AC in the unit. This was my bad for not paying better attention to the listing.Also there is laundry on the property but no coin changers. It was hard to get stores to give us change to be able to use the machines. So great that it’s there, just bring your own quarters.
