"What a little gem on the island of Lesvos! We took an impromptu trip to the island from Turkey, and we enjoyed the hotel (and especially the hospitality of the family that owns it) so much that we extended our stay. We got there by taxi from the ferry terminal in Mytilene for about 35 euros. The hotel serves breakfast and snacks, and there is a great taverna in town for lunch and dinner (about a 10 min walk). "We had a fantastic studio one of only four set in a beautiful area .The owners Vasso and Vangelis were wonderful people they made us very welcome and the feeling was homely.Vasso made us home cooked food pressies everyday and our room cleaned every day abd we had fresh towel s and linen daily.we had access to a small garden with sun beds back and front of the studios with a swinging hammock in the trees.We had free WiFi and free car parking area.The studios were easy to find just off a country...

They tell you there'S a beach in walking distance, but it's just a rocky sea side where boats are parked."
