This fresh, clean, bright and spacious home completely upgraded (rebuilt ) 4 bedroom home, approx. 2,000 sq. ft., is perfect for one family or even two because of it's private spaces.

Perfect location on a very charming and quiet (dead-end street) in renovated Old Town Napa. Conveniently close to everything ... only 6 blocks to Napa Town Center.

Fully equipped kitchen with five burner stainless gas range, large gathering island, dishwasher, microwave and more. Everything you need to be the 'chef-de-jour'!
Gas barbecue grill on patio with great outdoor dining area , another private patio visit and relax in the hot tub and by the firepit. (Please respect to neighbors... City Ordinance: Quiet after 9 p.m. weekday and 10p.m. weekend)

Main level has two of the four bedrooms with a King and Queen, full bathroom, living room, good size dining and kitchen...a wonderful open floor plan that makes it great for visiting. French doors into the living room can close for privacy.

Upstairs- 4th bedroom has a Queen and a twin. The master suite has a pillow-top KING bed. Upstairs has 2nd full bath with private water closet, a 2nd family room/lounge or home office area with flat screen TV and Sofa Bed ...almost like another home upstairs.

Private patio with lounge area with fire-pit & hot tub Another patio with grill and dining table and chairs, make it very easy to unwind after a full day of wine-tasting. It is crucial that respect be shown to neighbors at all times and must adhere to City ordinance of quiet after 9 p.m. weeknights and 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday night.

Other features include air conditioning, jet bath tub inside house, hot tub 7 fire-pit outside, 2 flat screen TV main floor and upstairs. Hi-speed internet (fiber-optic) WiFi & Cable TV with over 200 stations.

Wonderful house in Napa, perfect for family

Chris' house was wonderful and our families had a great experince at the home. It was perfectly set up for two families with an upstairs bedroom and living area as well as bed rooms and living spaces downstairs. Very clean, very easy check in/check out process.

Great place to stay for vacation

The property was clean, had great space, close to downtown and other activities and the owners were great to work with. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Napa.

Great Downtown Napa House and Hosts!

This was a great house for our Wine Girls Weekend...and much bigger than we thought. The hosts were excellent too - great communicators and accommodating whenever possible. Don't pass up this house!

Awesome stay!

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The bedrooms were perfect to accommodate us, everything was clean and lovely, and check in was as easy as it gets. Location was perfect - we were able to walk downtown and the street is full of charming homes and yards so it’s scenic and enjoyable too! Highly recommend!

Great Location and quiet neighborhood with a cute porch!

They were wonderfully accommodating. We were traveling with my elderly mother and she was exhausted from traveling so it was very appreciated when they were able to accommodate us with an early arrival. The house is very cute and comfortable. Many places to sit and the kitchen is a great gathering space.

Napa wine tour

This property is perfect for a group of 4-8 people. In addition to 4 bedrooms, it has a large kitchen and living room to watch movies. It’s a short walk to downtown Napa for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend this over staying at a hotel.

Great Napa House!

We had 4 girls stay at the house for 3 nights and it was perfect. Kitchen well stocked, great layout and area for relaxing. We didn’t use backyard as weather got a bit cold but was super cute. Location is perfect! Owners were super helpful and communicative!

Perfect Napa Location

This was our second time staying at Chris & Kat's lovely winemaker's estate, and it was just as ideal this time! Ample space for 5 friends traveling; one couple and three individuals. Plenty of room, well appointed and maintained, and a lovely private back yard to enjoy a glass of wonderful wine at the end of the day. Walkable to downtown Napa! Can't wait to visit again!

Christmas in Napa

We stayed at the Wine Makers Estate over Christmas 2022 with some extended family. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet, but easily accessible, neighborhood location. Chris and Kat were highly responsive and very prepared for our stay. Since we cooked at lot of meals at the house, I would have loved to see some more basic pantry staples stocked but they were easily found at the Lucky a few blocks away.

Felt Like Home

Perfect place to relax after busy days exploring the area. My only regret is not getting in the hot tub sooner. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Gave us wonderful recommendations on wineries and food. House was great and on a quiet street. Ps. If you stay here grab your coffee and watch the hot air balloons from the backyard!

Wonderful house walking distance to downtown Napa

This house was perfect for our group of 7 girlfriends wine tasting trip to Napa. There were 4 large bedrooms with 5 beds total and plenty of space to spread out. We were able to walk to downtown and tour companies could pick us up right from the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was super clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We absolutely recommend for groups and would definitely stay again. Thank you Chris and Kat!
