Watch hot air balloons go by in the early morning hours from this beautiful vintage 1880 Cape Cod style home.

This cozy and comfortable cottage style home features three bedrooms downstairs and one bedroom and a den in the upstairs guest quarters. There are two kitchens, one in the guest quarters and one in the main house both featuring a gas range. The downstairs bath features a claw-foot tub/shower and the upstairs bath features a shower. Off the downstairs kitchen through the charming dutch door is a lovely covered patio featuring an oversized farm table perfect for gathering with a delicious cheese board and a Napa Valley bottle of wine on a warm summer evening. Relax in the outdoor hot-tub under the stars at the end of a long wine country day.

After you relax, walk to town, where within two blocks you can enjoy the River Walk with great restaurants, a dessert shop, or some night life at Downtown Joe's. In the morning walk to coffee and fresh baked treats at Sweetie Pies or enjoy a full breakfast at General Cafe or Grace's Table.

Amazing Home and Location!
A few girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend, and we had the best time. Easy to check in and the house is great. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend it!

I booked several nights in this charming home so I could walk to the stores and restaurants in Napa. I loved it so much that my daughter and granddaughter decided to drive up from SF and spend some time with me. Our stay was magical...wifi and tvs for my granddaughter, wifi and quiet rooms for my working daughter, and comfortable beds and gorgeous kitchen(s) for Grandma! Thank you, we hope to be back soon.

This home was just perfect. Beautiful, cozy home, charming describes it! Relaxing back yard, quiet setting with nice landscaping, plants, fruits and veggies spread throughout the property. Everything you need for cooking, entertaining etc. spent my husbands 60th birthday in Napa and this home was close to everything in a quiet neighborhood setting. Don’t pass this one up!

Perfect Retreat in Amazing Location!
We had a wonderful long weekend at the Napa Cape. The house exceeded our expectations - larger, cleaner, and even cuter than it looks in the photos. The location is unbeatable, just a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown and along the Napa River. The street and neighborhood are quiet and adorable. The house was so clean, had everything we could possibly need, and was so cozy. The hot tub was a perfect treat after a day of wine tasting, and the beautiful yard was so tranquil. We will definitely be back!!

Really enjoyed the location and house/back yard. The only slight issue is that you can only enjoy the back yard until 9 on week days and 10 on weekend due to a city quiet time. Didn’t bother us too much but did stop us from using the hot tub more. Overall loved it, well kept and comfy beds with ample common space.

Adorable House with Perfect Location
I spent a wonderful four nights in Nappa at this house with three girlfriends. The house was historic and homey, and perfectly located. We took walks in the morning along the Napa River, which occasionally were shortened by the very convenient bakery nearby. We enjoyed several restaurants as well as great shopping. The hot tub wasn’t in working condition when we checked in, but the owner quickly had it fixed and even refunded a bit of the rent. The house was built in 1880, so the bathrooms weren’t up to today’s expectations, But, all of us loved the house and location so much we would book again without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay in Napa and this house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and there was room for everyone. The only drawback we found was that the noise curfew was so early. We would have liked to hang out outside later but we were worried that our laughing and talking would disturb others. This has no reflection on the owners.

Easy Napa Town Access and Historic Living
Napa Cape is perfectly situated in a very quiet neighborhood, just a five minute walk to a few high-end restaurants and bars, and just a 12 minute walk into downtown Napa. Town/river trails can also be accessed with a short walk. Napa Cape is perfect for those that want a walkable base camp for incredible Napa town tastings/dining, yet easy (and quiet) road access for exploring Napa and Sonoma counties. There is a fab convenience store just a two minute walk away fully stocked with essentials and a staggering assortment of traditional Mexican ingredients and brands. The property is an historic "cape/craftsman" that is extremely well maintained and comfortable. The interior is cozy yet roomy enough for four or so people to live comfortably enough not to be tripping over each other. The backyard is essentially private and the covered back patio can offer a nice escape from hot, sunny days. The aromas from the lemon and orange trees along the driveway can be enchanting!
