"Everything was great, except the check-in time is a little too late at 3pm. We arrived at 2+pm and were not able to go to the room yet. Staff very helpful and efficient. Room well appointed. Located in very high residential district, very safe. 2 cafes around the corner from the hotel. walkable to carrefour supermarket and eslite mall. "

"We had an amazing 2-night stay and felt refreshed after our stay! Pros: - Well-maintained wet and dry sauna, along with a spa pool - Gym with decent equipment, the staff actively sanitizes and checks the machines - Friendly staff - from luggage storage to questions regarding impending Typhoon Kong-rey, the staff was very patient with our requests and tried their best to provide us with a solution - Did not try other amenities like games room (with 3 Nintendo Switch!), squash court and swimming pool, but they are all in good condition and many locals were there to spend time with friends/family during the weekend Cons: - Able to tell that the building is old and slightly worn-out e.g. the room shower door cannot be shut tight (still props to the staff for maintaining the building!) Overall, it's a very pleasant experience thanks to the warm and polite staff :)"

"53 Hotel Service Staff at the reception counter was attentive to our needs and assisted us with our check in promptly and effectively. The double bed room was super spacious and very clean. We are very impressed with the free on site laundry which provided us convenience and save us money in washing/ drying our soiled laundry. The hotel is strategically located nearby the Taichung Train Station and there are nearby food eateries and shopping streets. Thank you for the genuine touch and excellent service. Keep up the great work and continue to stay passionate in what you do. "
