"Beautiful property and perfect location as is about halfway between Town and southern beaches. We booked late so were not able to get ferry for our car, but no issues with biking and using electric scooters to get everywhere, avoided traffic and didn't need to worry about parking and our boys loved the adventure! My wife tends to be picky about properties, but she absolutely loved this one, highly recommended!"

"All 9 of us enjoyed the large house and outside spaces. We could easily walk to Jetties Beach and downtown. The kitchen was well appointed and the dining room was a lovely room fun to share our first dinner. When we had a plumbing issue the owner of the house was very responsive. A great rental! "

"Beautiful, cozy guesthouse. Very clean, simple nautical theme with lots of light. Tom Nevers is about 6 miles from the city center of Nantucket, but delightfully quiet with a beautiful beach. Absolutely no light pollution, so the unspoiled starry skies at night were a sight to behold!"
