Beautifully Renovated Main Street Cottage- Great Location

This quaint cottage is located in the heart of the historic district on Main Street in Nantucket, covered with roses and beautiful flowers it is the perfect getaway. Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bath house. Home includes central air conditioning & heat, front living room, eat-in kitchen, private side patio with teak furniture, gas grill, washer & dryer on premises, 1 off street parking spot. Only a 5 minute walk to downtown. Also, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The house has the option to also rent out a renovated 2 bedroom & 1 bath guest cottage on the property based on availability. (With the cottage the property can accommodate up to 12 guests)

Charming Nantucket house, great location to explore the town.

Perfect Cottage
My family of four plus a dog were very comfortable in this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is also well stocked. Location was great. We walked easily into town or rode bikes to various beaches. All in all this is a great rental property.

Perfect weekend away
We booked Peter’s cottage for a girl’s weekend and we had such an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, updated, cozy, and impeccably clean. It has all the amenities you could ever need. It is in a great location, making it easily walkable to downtown. Peter was super helpful and very responsive, making sure all of our needs were met. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

Pictures of property much more pristine than reality. Towels, screens, living room furniture in need of attention. Washer broken upon arrival and not fixed during weeklong stay due to getting a specific part. Great location tho!

Amazing Nantucket Cottage
Our family really loved this cottage! It was more than enough room for 4 of us (3 adults and a 2 year old). The host was very easy to contact and super responsive. It was close to everything. I unfortunately had to work a bit while there and the internet was greater. It seemed faster than what I have at home. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

This is a beautiful property with a great location. It is clean and contained everything we needed. Peter was in communication with us and all of our needs were met. When the next reservation canceled at the last minute, he offered us an additional nights stay! Will definitely be returning to this beautiful island and hopefully staying in one of Peter’s properties.

Charming Home
We just loved our little escape to Nantucket. We were so excited this property allowed our dog. It is the #1 reason why we booked it as so few rentals allow dogs. The house was clean and the furniture comfortable. We loved that there was fun coffee table books and cable tv. About a 15 minute walk into town and the neighborhood, overall, is very walkable. We were there in the shoulder season and I imagine it will be gorgeous when the flowers are out. Would stay again!
