This lovely cottage sits at the edge of Nantucket Town, about one mile inland of the ferry terminal. On this tranquil road, you'll have ample off-street parking for cars and bikes, as well as easy access to the Madaket bike path. Within a mile, you can be swimming at Children's Beach or Jetties Beach, wandering among historical sites, and perusing the town's renowned restaurants and boutiques.
Whether you're planning a family vacation or a reunion with friends, this single-story home gives you an ideal setting. The large, secluded yard is wonderful for croquet and badminton, with the spacious deck well-suited to alfresco lobster dinners. Bask in the sunshine all afternoon, catch gorgeous sunsets looking out across the meadow, and stargaze in the comfort of the outdoor chairs in the yard.
The house was recently redecorated in a chic-yet-comfortable style. Big windows and breezy rooms create an eminently inviting space for sharing slow meals, curling up with a good book, or gathering for board games and movies on the 50-inch smart TV. Additional home comforts include an outdoor shower, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits nightly, and complimentary WiFi throughout.

Nantucket is an island that requires a ferry or airport service. Please check ferry schedules as they vary during seasons.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
The fireplace is not for guest use.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
