Located on the ground floor, Le Rex can accommodate up to four people in an environment conducive to relaxation, whether for business or pleasure.

- A bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath (inaccessible from November 10, 2024 to January 30, 2025) and sauna

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron.

Location:
Le Rex is located in Nantes, in a lively area with shops and restaurants nearby. You'll be able to try the very good pastries from the Barnabé bakery, which is committed to sustainable development and will undoubtedly win you over. Stroll along the banks of the river to admire the Loire. The Machines de l'île, Saint Pierre Cathedral and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne are all within easy reach.

Public transport:
- If you choose to come by car, you can park in the adjacent pay streets
- Nearest train station: Gare Sud, 20 minutes away by public transport
- Nearest airport: 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- Tram lines 3 and 2 are within walking distance, get off at the Vincent gâche stop.

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Le Rex is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
