Perfect location. Lovely apartment.
We stayed in this place for 3 weeks. Love the location which is close to everything that the tourists which for. 10 mins walk from the train station, close to the tourist office and the château des ducs, commercial center, walkable to the marché Talensac, Jardin des plantes, etc. The apartment has a great living room, very spacious, bright and cozy. The kitchen utensils are great because we cooked all the time and this helped us a lot. The check in process was smooth and friendly. We had an emergency issue during our stay, the agency was very fast to respond. The neighborhood in general is very calm but there is a lively pub downstair that could go on quite late in many nights. If the windows are open, the noise can be very loud but the windows work well. We didn't hear noises from the bedroom. However, the bed and floor were dusty during our stay. We sneezed and cough a lot. There is some room for improvement there. The maid needs to do some deep cleaning.

The best flat in Nantes.
The flat is amazing. The main room is bright, spacious and the bedroom is cozy. It has high quality linens, towels and the kitchen is well outfitted . The neighborhood is perfectly located. The street is quiet, yet it's right near the castle and plenty of cafes and fun bars. Check in was friendly and very clear. Highly recommended!
