"We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years, and it has never disappointed us! The staff and service are excellent. Always. The breakfast buffet is tantalizing, and the room we had was such a wonderful Valentine's Day upgrade! There are "3" upper level hotels in Nanning, and I believe this is the top of the "3". "It’s unusual for a five star hotel to turn off aircon in the lobby area "

"Three things about the hotel: 1. The heavy stench of the cigarettes soaked into furniture, pillows, walls and deep carpets. We could not sleep because of it and I am not exaggerating. 2. BEWARE: Hotel isn't located where it is pinned on the map. It seems to be very downtown, but it is far away (15 minutes by taxi). The address is ok, but it is not where the pin is on Google maps. 3.
