"Loved staying in a home with old charm yet new comfy features. Close to downtown mansfield where we found great restaurants and bars also checked out the carousel. Fridge is smaller , we just put water and drinks on porch since it was cold out. But if it is warm might want to bring cooler. We found xtra chairs in the closet for the table and to be out on porch, so that was nice. Thanks for a memorable weekendBuButbwarmer"

"Within a charming exterior, the rooms remarkably spacious, recently renovated, and meticulously clean. The property is quiet, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The inclusion of a piano, coffee maker, and a comfortable couch in front of a large TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is a short walk to Ashland University and a short drive to parks and trails. We’d love to stay here again!"

"My Mom and sisters celebrated our Christmas in this beautiful home. We baked our favorite orange cookies and reminisced about Christmases past. We had plenty of room and everything we needed to make our time together extra special. The location was perfect to visit Kingwood Center's Christmas lights. Thank you for a comfortable stay - a warm home to make memories that we will cherish forever!"

"We loved our stay at the old school house. It was a really unique fun property to stay at and very cozy. We didn’t get to use the fire pit and hot tub as planned, but it was very inviting looking. I loved all the historic touches, beautiful decorating and antiques, it really made the overall experience.We enjoyed sitting on the big leather sofa and watching movies on the big television and I personally enjoyed a quiet morning in the breakfast nook with my coffee in appropriate China tea cups. "The house worked well for a family visit. However the guys were not happy about no Tv for football games. The pool table was enjoyed by all. The screened porch was pleasant."
