"This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. "It was an absolute blast to stay here. Let's start with improvements and caveats first though. I did feel that it could have used a few more lights at night and while there is a washing machine and dryer, it is outdoors in the open so it may not be the best. However, everything else was EXCELLENT. I chose the cheapest room and it had PLENTY of space similar to my own apartment with a VERY big bathroom. So there’s an inherent smell because of all this old furniture and on our last night, the sheets they switched were so musty and gross smelling that we couldn’t sleep and had to shower in the morning. "In all of my 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! The customer service was IMPECCABLE! We were met outside by Staff, escorted to check-in, and served tea during our checkin. Also, the view is to die for! My complaints: 1. No room service 2. “To go” is not permitted from restaurants 3. The same items are served in the club lounge "

"A little bit noise from the pools when you can hear people talking and laughing badly and it's finally go away after 11pm. Room is good and clean. Hotel location is perfect near food, shopping, Makashi station. Parking is limited."
