"Nice clean property New"

"We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches and the Vivekananda memorial. It would be a better option if you are traveling by car or bike, as they offer free car and bike parking."

"Very new and very refreshing to experience the efforts the team have taken to establish this hotel. The staff and team led by Satish are great. For a hotel outside of the major cities, quite impressive. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located within the premises. Expressway is easily accessible. Good platform to get to the temples which are about 20-30 minutes drive away. "

"This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation. "

"I stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are friendly and rooms are of good size and the breakfast is good. But the room I stayed didn't have a mirror in the bathroom and didn't have the mini-fridge. Other than that, it was all good."
