"Stayed here previously. Enclosed rear yard perfect for kelpie. 2 minutes and you're on the beach. House is tidy and comfortable. Would stay again if i could get in. Highly sought property"

"It was wonderful to hear the waves crashing being so close to the beach. What I would call a traditional beach shack but with modern amenities! Clean, tidy and had everything you could want or need. Great yard for the dog and easy walking distance to grab coffee from the Big Surf coffee co. Travelling with 2 teen boys the games room was a hit… if the weather isn’t beach appropriate you could easily entertain yourself there for hours! "

Plenty of amenities with ample kitchen supplies, games, towels, and linen and the washing machine came in handy too. Would visit again."

"3 generations of our family gathered at the Bay Beach House for a 5 day Pre Christmas holiday. We had a fabulous time. The beach setting was perfection; watching the glorious sunset at the end of each day as well as swimming, running and exploring the local area. It was also good to be at the quieter end of the beach.The home is well equipped with top level appliances and beautifully decorated. It also has a very well stocked kitchen and generous space. "Had a three family gathering, plenty of space. Pool table was popular. The views are amazing and beds very comfortable. Such a short distance to beach, kids went down every day. Coffee shop right at beach as well."

"Great trip with friends. The house is massive and acccommodates young families very well. Kids loved the cubby house and room outside to set up the water slide. Lots of beds and the cinema room was a hit! "

"Really enjoyed staying at this unit, as it is a lovely place to stay with the sea view. The unit was very clean and had everything supplied that you would need. only issue was the front screen door and front door were hard to open. The stairs were a little steep , so it would be good for a picture to be on the website to see what they are like :) There is no toilet upstairs but 2 toilets' down stairs. Thanks Kim and Barry"

"Lovely property and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, lawn was not mown and there was someone else's dog droppings for us to pick up. Some of the bed covers were not clean. Liquid hand soap in upstairs bathroom had been refilled with water and was ineffective. General surface and floor cleaning was good and no dog hair inside. Would have been nice to have some dog bags or small scoop on hand. But overall, a comfortable stay."

"We had a fantastic 6 days at Angas Cottage. Walking distance to woolworths, bakery and coffee shop. Wineries not far away. Great base for us and our dogs to see family. Thank you for a grest Christmas."
