They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. "From the moment we checked in, we had a great stay. I will also add that we communicated that we would arrive early, and were able to check in before 3:00, which really helped with our travel plans. Even though there are stairs, my disabled father was able to go up because of the railings. Shower was great, and lots of soaps and shampoos in case you forget yours.
