Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom (shower)

- A balcony of 4 m² facing south with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
