"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. "Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs."
