"The view is fantastic, and the management is very professional and helpful before, during and after your stay. Also, the yard in front is big and has a lot of toys and equipment for kids and family to use. The one thing I would take note of is that you cannot control the room heat on your own, because it is a pension and not a hotel. "The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. Furthermore, my mother inadvertently left her wallet in her room, but the staff assured us they had located it and will deliver it tomorrow. I am very thankful!"

"It was super comfortable and clean and the hostess was super nice. She gave us fruit and helped us with the bus. We ended up missing the bus and she gave us a ride. The pool and BBQ area were really pretty as well. Loved it. "

"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"2층건물인데 1층은 로비와 탁구대,포켓볼대가 설치되어 여유로운공간을 느낄수가 있고요 2층은 룸을 4개만 만들어 넓은 거실과 유럽형 대형침대 자꾸지까지 갖출수 있더군요 건물앞 풀장은 여름이면 풀빌라 분위기를 연출할수가 있겠다싶었습니다 관리인 또한 충실한 사용설명을 해주어 무척 좋았습니다"

"Though my family and I booked our room last-minute, and only for one night, the owner and his daughter were accommodating and patient throughout our stay (we were very grateful for their niceness as it was cold and we had a tiring ride prior to arriving at the pension) The hotel room was alright and reasonably priced, just that the location is a tad secluded (it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and 15 minutes to Cheongpyeong station via taxi). "사장님들의 입실시 친절도는 좋았지만, 앱으로 예약(3인)으로 했음에도 사전에 정보가 공유가 안되어 있어 추가 요금을 요구했었습니다. 1인이 추가됨에 따른 침구류 및 수건류는 따로 챙겨주신 것에 좋았습니다. 사진에서 보는 것 만큼 방은 넓지 않았고, 여기저기 세월의 흔적들이 많이 보였습니다. 와인잔이 글라스인줄 알고 갔는데, 플라스틱이라서 조금 실망했구요. 고기 구워먹고 나서 옆에서 아이들과 함께 온가족이 바로 스파를 할 수 있는 건 매우 색다른 경험이었습니다. 주차장이 펜션 바로 앞이 아니라 밑에 조금 내려가야해서 그건 조금 불편했지만, 펜션앞쪽에 잠시 주차할 수 있어 짐을 싣고 내리는데는 문제없었습니다."

"작년 봄~여름 즈음 힐리언스 선마을의 숙박권?을 선물 받아 방문한 적이 있습니다. 그 때 기억이 굉장히 좋게 남아 이번에도 크리스마스 이브에 가족들을 데리고 재방문 하였으나 기대 이하의 상태에 하루 종일 부모님의 불만을 귀에 피가 나도록 들어야 했습니다. 방의 도어락은 고장이 났는지 계속 열리거나 닫는데 문제가 생겨 추운 밖에서 한참을 서있어야 했고, 일이 끝나고 출발하여 6시 50분 쯤 도착할 것 같은데 혹시 저녁 식사가 가능한지 고객센터로 전화하여 여쭈어보았으나 6시 20분 전까지 입장하지 않으면 식사가 어렵다는 답을 들었습니다. 외부에서 식사를 하고 간 뒤, 조식을 먹으면서 식당 직원 분들께 여쭈어보니 전날 7시 반까지 식당을 운영하였다고 전해 들으면서 금액에 포함된 식사마저 즐기지 못해 마음이 크게 불편했습니다. 작년에 가장 마음에 들었었던 사우나는 물 관리가 되지 않아 고여있고, 더러웠습니다. 즐거워야 할 가족과의 크리스마스 이브가 찝찝하게 끝나 마음이 불편합니다. 자연친화적이고 맑은 공기는 좋지만 다음 번 방문은 고려하지 않을 것 같습니다. "
