"Staff and facilities were excellent…the GM (sorry I forget his name) and his team really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is a bit of a haul from the airport but if you want to get away from it all it is perfect. We didn’t do much of the activities but a lot of people we talked to did and said they were great. We didn’t have kids with us but if you are parents with younger kids it is obvious the staff really enjoys engaging with the kids and oversee them outstandingly. The food was a bit of hit and miss but I understand they are planning some upgrades in the near future. If you want to get away from it all I highly recommend it and splurge on a beachfront room…212 was magnificent "

"My friends and I spent a few nights here and could not stop talking about how much we loved it. It was a great location with beach front access. We had the whole beach to ourselves! The staff was phenomenal! We attending the lovo dinner one night which was fun. It’s close to a scuba diving shop if you’re into that. We also did the upper navua river rafting tour and they picked us up right at the resort. Most of all I loved the gardens on the property! They are magnificent!! Highly recommend, would stay here again :) Vinaka, Bula! "

"Staff were very helpful, and extremely friendly. Special thank you to Mereoni M and Ben N. The bar could be a little better at service. I ordered cocktails and the person forgot us. I had to go back and remind the bar attendant after a good 15 minutes. The area at the time was not busy."

"A very nice and practical apartment set up, close to town and fairly well kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Surrounding properties were a bit rundown but hotel itself was good. We also enjoyed the view, watching the different ships go in and out of the port. "
