"Dieses Haus und die netten Vermieter sind nur zu empfehlen. Es ist sauber, neu, modern, perfekt ausgestattet und zudem noch liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Außerdem hat es eine Terrasse, Garten mit angrenzender Wiese und es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in alle Richtungen. "Wir haben die Unterkunft gemietet als Schlafdomizil bei der Hochzeit unserer Tochter. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund, davon war eine Person kognitiv eingeschränkt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und es war Ihnen nichts zu viel. Selbst als wir kurzfristig für die 2 weiteren Personen angefragt haben wurde dies sofort bestätigt. "Beim Einchecken waren wir früher da und durften netterweise schon hinein. Inneneinrichtung ist halt bisschen Kieferholzlastig aber die Fotos zeigen das ja auch und ist ja geschmackssache. Es gibt sogar zwei Grills und ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche. Es war sauber und gab keinen Grund zur Klage."

"Wir haben eine günstige Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden. Zweck war der Besuch bei Oma´s Geburtstag, haben wir aber auch die Gegend ein wenig erkundet. Waren wir in Trier, in Luxemburg (Wasserbillig) günstig tanken und einkaufen und in Irrel in der Teufelsschlucht. Kommunikation und Check In waren sehr gut. Bei den Häusern fehlt es an nichts. Bettwäsche hatten wir selber mitbegracht. Das einzige was ein negativen Sternabzug bekommt - es war nicht ganz sauber und es hätte mal durchgelüftet...

"We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts. "Na zoveel positieve reviews waren wij erg benieuwt naar dit huis in het voor ons nog onbekende Saarland/Duitsland. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw.
