"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Great location a short walk from the main train station and the town centre. Inside looks much nicer than the outside of the building. Room was comfortable and looks newly decorated. Would recommend."

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"I needed a room asap and I found. The lady at the reception was very kind she could not give me a room earlier than a check it is but she offered me to keep my luggage in a locked room where I also changed my clothes and followed my trip to Štrbske pleso. Very nice and friendly staff even during a dinner&breakfast.Thank you! "

"Nice place to stay for a few nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was modern, clean and design well thought out. Plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom had beautiful shower and good counter space. Very quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was my second time staying at the hotel and if I ever go back to Kosice, I’ll stay here again. The hotel has a fantastic location: very close to the train station and is very close to downtown. The rooms are beautiful and big. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and big breakfast was included in the price. "

"My review is based on the fact that the elevator broke on the way to our room on the third floor. We had to drag our suitcases up stairs and down to check out. On the day we were leaving, the reception staff person helped us get our suitcases out of the hotel to the car. Although there is parking,secured as well, you had to go out on the street and up a long flight of stairs to get to reception. There was no assistance. We are 70 and I have a knee injury, so all of this was a challenge. ...
