"This home was very clean and fully updated with many amenities and extra supplies of everything you could think of. The back yard opens up right on Lake Rosalie with about 75 feet of direct sandy lake front access along with a dock where you can park your boat. Lake does get shallow at times and we had to get out and walk our boat up since it is just a couple of feet deep for about 100 feet or so out into the lake. "My group and I were very comfortable in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I mentioned to the owner that we were there to celebrate my daughter’s bday at Legoland. We were greeted with a gift for her. There is a Publix and Walmart close by which made it great to pick up last minute snacks and things we forgot to bring. Check in and check out was very easy."

Our impression was maybe this is an income property for a construction company. The house was sparsely furnished/outfitted but functional. "Overall, the house was respectable. The kitchen was nice, plenty of room, the only issue was the downstairs bathrooms are old and small. We did have an issue with the downstairs AC on day one, but the Property Manager, Lisa Castro worked her tail off trying to get it fixed even up until 2:30am in the morning. Her response was excellent, and it was a simple fix, but it did require an AC tech to fix the next day."

"The house is very nice, host was extremely pleasant and helpful, he even provided some snacks which came in handy seeing as we didn't not arrive in town until 11pm and was starved and tired. We loved the pool, and everything was less than a 10 min drive. Will stay again if we come back to Legoland."

The screened patio has nice table/chairs. One downside, the high table and stools in eating area inside are not very comfortable for seniors."

My only complaint was the address to the house was incorrect. It was listed on Longhorn but really on Long Hammock. Again...we had an amazing stay!"
