"Nice hotel in the heart of Hikkaduwa. Good buffet breakfast. Plenty of restaurants near by if you want a change from hotel food. Like most hotels in this area it is right on the very busy main road. Traffic at night is very noisy, worth paying for a sea view room if you can."

"Good: The beach. The pool. The variety of dining options. The hotel though in several areas like the rooms, lifts etc could be cleaner / better maintained. The AC struggled to lower the room temp below 24C. The light in the cupboard where the safe is located would not switch off. Flushing the toilet resulted in it running for over 5 minutes. The grout on the shower enclosures could do with the occasional clean with bleach…. Not what I expected of a hotel with such high daily charges."

"Do not stay here, possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was barely functional, the glass to the balcony was majorly cracked, the bathroom barely stocked with 1 towel and a tiny piece of soap, the fridge was dirty and broken, we had wires coming out of the wall where lights were suppose to be. The food at breakfast was disgusting, I asked for a clean table and they proceeded to seat us at a dirty table without any effort to clean it and left the previous guests dirty...

"Excellent clean property...across the road from beach. We stayed in air con room as an upgrade. Dont stay here on a Friday night if you want an early night as there is a very noisy party...we were pre warned. Pool area is lovely."

"1. The bed and shower was clean (very important for us). 2. The room and the balcony was very comfortable with enough space for my wife and myself. 3. The staff in the front desk were very nice and polite. 4. The property is right next to a supermarket and 5 min walk from the beach."

"The place suffers bc the manager has to run not only the hotel but the restaurant while the owner sits in his chair on using phone most of the time. The manager tried to do his best but my adventure started when I showed up and he wasn’t even aware that’s i was comng bc the owner hadn’t told him that I was listed in hotels.com. Then the room didn’t have towels or any toiletries and I had to ask for them. As well they advertised that they had WiFi and I couldn’t now sign on for the first day....
