I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. "Location near Bung Ta Lua Park is the big draw and our main reason for selecting this hotel. However, we were less satisfied with room. May have been our room but the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. A/C unit noisy and could not be set slower fan setting. Bathroom shower curtain needs replacing and not washed. Cabinet doors needs fixing. Breakfast was just adequate so we skipped going 1 of 3 mornings. "

"It's not the Ritz on Maui but it's not as bad as some reviews claim. It was clean, quiet, hard mattress but not bad, restaurant was not always open, buffet could be better, lot of places to eat a short walk from hotel. Staff was Amazing, above and beyond actually. Also I must on their behalf make a defense for the restaurant, it was off season and the tourists haven't completely returned to previous numbers. I think it was a good stay for the price, I'll stay here again."
