My room (facing the bus station and the flag museum) was very big, clean and well equipped (kettle, tea, shampoo, etc)
Unfortunately, it was not fully isolated and I could hear some noise (people talking in the corridor, traffic etc). However, this was not a big issue.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice (plenty of different jams, juices, salty options).
Location is very convenient: just in front of the bus station and 15-20 minutes walking from the main attractions.
I was expecting more attention to the guests. Reception staff could not speak English, except for basic words (manager however was always around and he was very helpful). I asked to have a driver to Alinja Castle and the price proposed by the hotel was almost double of what I found elsewhere (different hotel). This was quite disappointing actually. At check-out, nodoby asked how was my staying.
All this considered, I would have probably chosen a different accommodation. Not for the hotel itself (which I liked) rather for the lack of human connection and the impression of have not being properly assisted. After all, it depends on what you are looking for.
