Cottages in Nakaniikawa District

"The Hotel is an amazing Onsen, modern with a fantastic Breakfast the hot springs are to die for, they consist of 1 indoor and one outdoor baths, its got a Sauna and a ice bath, they offer Dinner Buffet for an aditional 8000¥ per person, the only things I did not like were : They do not offer room keeping at all, just change of towels if asked , The hotel is in Tonami, but isolated, meaning you can only go out by car, and there’s nothing to do ir see by foot, The wifi is decent and covers the whole property, but cell service is spotty."

"Location excellent - near to train and bus stations. Hotel just above the Maroot shopping mall. Staff speaks good English and are helpful and approachable especially Yoshimura. "

"The doubletree in Toyama was a nice, clean hotel well located for walking to many places in Toyama. I had very limited knowledge of Toyama going into the trip but the city is lovely!!! Had a great time getting drunk with some locals at a nearby bar and the Rotate sushi place a few blocks from the hotel was phenomenal. I can’t speak to the hotel breakfast since we didn’t partake but any hotel breakfast buffet can’t be so bad right??"

"Right opposite Dentetsu station which was perfect to get to after we did Alpen-route from Oginawa direction. Stayed 3 nights used hotel as a base for that plus to go to Kanazawa (20 mins by train), & Fukui (45 mins by train) to Dinosaur museum & also look around Toyama itself rather than drag our bags from hotel to hotel in those places plan worked perfectly. Hotel room good as was included breakfast. "

"The reception staff (林さん) is very friendly. He recommended me to join the toyoko Inn member when I frequently travel to Japan. I feel that he is very considerate of me! The room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is simple and delicious."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Three pillows and nice mattress. There are at least four coin laundry machines, two inside women’s changing room for the public bath which was quite acceptable. Three elevators meant never a wait. Some reviews complained about lack of parking but it’s right next to the train station. Perfect for me. I would return. "
