"The entire holy town of Rishikesh needs an overhauling and transformation like Varanasi has witnessed lately. The same is applicable to this hotel property too! A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry. The reason why Thailand is being preferred over Goa or Kerala by Indian tourists is not monetary only but also has to do with the service quality and facilities."

"The food options are limited, breakfast options are same everyday, also very few options.. Despite being a 5 star, it doesn’t feel like one. There is very little space in the property where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. There are no views as such, there is steep hike to the Ganga. The Ganga Arti is nice. In the night since it’s so close to the road, you can hear trucks noise all night. Staff is polite but requests take forever to fulfil."

"We booked family grand room. However, we were given a room that was completely different from the photos of the room that is in description. While the room could fit 3 adults and was as big, the decor of the room resembled the rooms with earthly decor. This was initially disappointing. The room as per photos were all booked out. "My daughter and I stayed at this location in mid-January 2025 for 4 nights. The staff, Mahesh, Shika, Ashwini and Diksha were very nice, courteous and responsive. They made special accommodation for carry-out breakfast when we had other early morning jaunts!. The hotel location made it easy for us to walk to most places and we believe this was the only hotel location from Tapovan to Triveni Ghat at Rishikesh that had a great Maa Ganga view (Aarati view from opposite the Parmarth Niketan) and...
