"The check in was very easy and quick. Unfortunately while the room was accessible for a wheelchair its bathroom wast very easy for to get into and only had a tub but not a shower as I requested and there were no grab bars by the toilet. Otherwise the room was spacious and the double bed was comfortable."

"We wish we had more time to enjoy. We would not have gotten our bags posted in time if it wasn’t for the manager. Thank you so much! We will certainly come back if in Thailand again. "

"A real gem! Amazing location, v thoughtful touches in the room, friendly and great staff. We only stayed one night but it will be long remembered. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and relaxing in the room, it was so restorative. Great dinner in the restaurant too. "

"I am an elder and stairs are a bit difficult for me. There is no elevator but I was so impressed with how the very kind staff carried my bags upstairs and helped me figure out how to order food from a local restaurant. The room was simple, attractive, clean, and comfortable. I would come back and spend more time in the sweet town. "

"I paid $6. You get what you pay for. I got a bed, a cold-water shower with towels, a toilet, and a fan (no airconditoning). I was traveling alone and that's what I wanted. The place is old and beat to death. Good location. The owner is an old unfriendly grumpy unsmiling guy - but I wasn't staying there to make friends. Noisy AF - and especially so early in the morning. "When I take the night train to Trang I always stay at Thumrin because it is big enough to always have a room available for early check-in. Decor and furnishings a little long in the tooth but who cares at this price. Corner rooms have nice view but all the windows can challenge the air-con."
