"We enjoyed our stay, however, there were a couple of things to know - make sure you bring paper towels and trash bags normally when we rent there is a starter pack and a book of things to do for you, not here. Also if you have allergies to strong fragrances be aware the cleaning solution they use is way over powering. The address on the mailbox in front of the house is not the address for the house so make sure you look for the numbers on the house and the outside paint color is not the same as...

"Place was neat and clean. Somewhat musty when first entered. Solved by opening doors and windows. I have owned property on the beach before and have found this to be a common behavior. House is the only house on a gated lane. Lots of space!! Was very happy with being able to let the dog out, stay on the deck and not have to worry about disturbing the neighbors. "Has everything you need. Cozy house, remodeling looks great. A few min to drive get to nice restaurants, icecream, funland. In the reviews, some clamied that the 2nd room was a bit loud from nextdoor neighbors and I did find that to be true. And the first room you can hear the cars passing it did bugged me falling asleep. "2024 was the second year we stayed at this lovely home. We are a group of professionals from the PNW who get together annually to connect. The house is the perfect location to the beach and restaurants. It has all of the amenities one could need. Overall great stay, will be back!"

"This is a great home for a family to stay in Long Beach. Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. Parking is spacious, and there are lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax. The hosts also provided a lot of information Through the welcome guide which was very helpful. "We rented the ground-floor of the larger house. The same property has a separate rental building, within the same outer fence.The location was great for beach access -- about 2 blocks with a paved walking path right to the beach, and vehicle beach access. "The house was clean in the most important places, eg bathroom and kitchen. The wall heaters, which were in every room, had a lot of lint and dust in the grates. Yuck. The tops of the base boards were also dirty. House met our expectations in all other ways."
