I would like to specifically acknowledge the following members for their outstanding support, Nikhil in restaurant , Rohit and Vinod for their assistance while we were dining . Aruna was amazing and generously offered us a free upgrade. Had booked three rooms. Anjali from Reception, whose professionalism stood out. Special mention to Abhishek from Reception, who was extremely warm and courteous throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the curated services and the local cuisine flavors added a delightful touch to our stay. Thank you once again for making our visit memorable. "Pathetic & Terrible Place to Stay. Not suitable for even a single person. You will have a feel of living in hell every single second. Property Management very poor, disrespectful, unprofessional behaviour. No TV working, AC out of order, No body wash, No hand wash, No dental Kit, No clean or disposable slippers, Cheap unbranded mineral water, nasty bedding, Poor room service, poor cleanliness, very unhygienic and disgusting rooms. Words can’t explain I am attaching some pictures for your reference to view the hell property. I don’t understand how the platforms like hotels.com allows such property listing on there webpage. Shame ! Not using hotels.com ever again after this. I request for refund multiple times but nothing happened."

"Amazing building and location. Good food but service patchy at times. Some way from downtown Chandigarh, but taxi/auto rickshaw cheap enough. The stone garden in town is fascinating and surprising!"
