It was a large room with two separate beds, which is perfect for my friend and I to sleep separately. It would have been cool to have as the main hotel for our trip, I loved the floor plan. Staffless, so you need to get your entrance codes from the company, but super easy to use and a nice room to stay in

My family and I had a great stay at the Rakuten STAY Naha Tomari Port. The facilities were all very clean as well as the room. My family and I stayed in the six-person room with two double beds and two single bunks on top. The monitor was great for watching shows together before bed after a long day of exploring. I do wish there was a kitchen or a small area with a microwave to heat up food. Overall, this was a great, affordable stay.

家族5人1泊で利用しました。タブレットでのチェックインで不安でしたか、まったく問題なくスムーズにできました。お部屋は二段ベットがあり各自のスペースができ快適でした。子どもたちも喜んでました。 シャワー室もトイレもとても清潔でキレイでした。 タオルも一人2回分くらいあり助かりました。コーヒーメーカーもあって嬉しかったです。（砂糖やミルクは無し）荷物を置くところがもう少しあると良かったと思います。 また是非利用したいです！

お部屋も広くてトイレ洗面台お風呂別でとてもいい！製氷機あったら嬉しかったです。あと、長期滞在だったので間で1回くらいシーツ交換あったらよかったな！でもまた泊まりたいコスパいいホテルだった！

・入口がわかりにくい。 ・ロフトへ昇るハシゴ位置を考えた方がいい。 ・土足厳禁なのに靴を置くところがない。 ・風呂とトイレの換気扇が壊れてた。 ・コンセント少ない。 ・テレビとプロジェクターを入れ替えたほうがいい。もしくは並べる。
