It's a must-visit for families and has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Take a refreshing dip in the private 12 x 24 pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee) or sink into the hot tub with a cold drink from the tiki bar. An elevator makes it easy to access all levels of the house, and your fur baby can join you as the property is dog-friendly.

For indoor fun, the rec room offers a pool table and wet bar, perfect for a night in with friends or family. Each of the 8 bedrooms with a private bath, ensures everyone has their own space to relax and unwind. The great room with its cathedral ceilings makes the space feel open and inviting and best of all, you can enjoy a glimpse of the ocean from the top sun deck. You'll find a dining table that seats ten people, making it ideal for sharing meals with loved ones. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

A wonderful home with good location
The home is lovely and we had a wonderful stay. The pool was loved and used by everyone. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. It is located near a grocery store, several restaurants and a short drive to many other places of interest. The walk to the public beach access was not far and easy to find. The elevator was in good working order for some of our older family members with knee or back issues. Overall I would recommend this property to others.
