Make memories with your loved ones at this oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the heart of Nags Head. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the over-sized patio.

The master bathroom offers a king-size bed and its own private bath while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, two flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and tooth brushes and we will do the rest! This is vacation: simplified!

Our unit is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach and many great restaurants and shopping establishments. We’re right where you want to be!

Amazing week!
Beautiful condo right on the beach perfect for our family group of 4 adults! Enjoyed the sunrises, coffee, and watching the dolphins and pelicans from the large balcony with seating for 7! Nicely stocked kitchen and convenient charcoal grill allowed us to cook in when we wanted. Great location! Loved the beach and the area!

Great Nags Head condo
We loved being directly on the beach. The condo was a good size, bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. The area of Nags Head that it is located was very nice and a great beach. We stayed in May, which was ideal as not real busy yet. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. We would recommend staying here.

Perfection on the OBX!
This was a fantastic condo. Spacious, well-equipped and well-maintained. It was the perfect base for me, my wife and our two teens while we visited the Outer Banks. Tastefully decorated, it had everything we needed for our stay. Pride of ownership is apparent in how well things are kept up and the hosts’ communication was top-notch. The primary shower was incredible, the views from the deck outstanding as you are literally just steps from the beach. The location is also great. Minutes from restaurants, shopping and even not too far from Bodie Lighthouse. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, this one was great! I have never have hosts communicate and respond as quickly as these. It was wonderful to have questions answered within minutes! The new shower in the Master Bedroom is heavenly! The view is fantastic! Loved this property!

Tranquility best describes this place!
Just a wonderful place. Owner answered questions promptly and we didn’t have any issues while we stayed there for the week. The views are amazing and we spent most of our time on the deck watching the dolphins swim back and forth. And to be able to lay in the king size bed with the ocean sounds and views, just amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Breakfast on the deck watching the sun rise was amazing. We highly recommend and we are looking forward to visiting again.

My family (husband, son 3, son 1.5) came to stay in this condo! First time in a condo in obx and it was truly perfect. It was spacious enough for the kids and the view from balcony was everything we wanted! We were located right next to the 1 (out of 2) pools and had the best stay! It was so clean and every one we contacted (Joe, Mike and Lisa) we extremely attentive and fast responding and helpful when we had questions. I can not recommend this place enough. Anytime it’s the 4 of us we will sure to go back and stay here!

Location, Location, Location
The condo is in an ideal location...it is off the main road in Nag's Head and directly on the beach with easy beach access. It is a perfect location for driving to the North and South Outer Banks for day trips and is only 15 minutes to Roanoke Island. The balcony is comfortable and the view is great. It is also very quiet in the condo. We did not hear anyone in the other condos.

What a wonderful, relaxing getaway! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location was right on the beach! It has the most amazing views from both the living room and the primary bedroom. I literally woke up to the sunrise over the ocean. Communication with the hosts was seamless. I plan to come back again when the weather is a bit warmer. :)

Such a GREAT place to BEACH!
The location and views of this condo were excellent! Right in the heart of Nags Head - near everything and yet in a quiet area on the beach! The apartment is nicely updated wtih a fully stocked kitchen and updated decor. The floors were sandy - but I know how hard that is to maintain at the beach! The showers had good pressure - the master bedroom bed was comfy! The only issue was the lack of comfort of the two LR chairs and the secondary bedroom mattress. But overall, a wonderful experience. The communication was actually TOO MUCH. So much that I had to really dig through emails/texts to figure out how to get into the apartment and how to check out. But better that than none! Thanks! Would definitely book again.

Girls getaway
Good location for a base point. The condo could use an upgrade of livingroom furniture but what's there was sufficient. It did not have screens in the door walls and we were not able to leave door walls open to enjoy the air and sounds of the ocean. I recommend the screens be put in immediately. I would stay here again.

The description of the property is 100% accurate. The building and grounds are well maintained. The pools were spotless. The condo is spacious and the view is breath-taking. It is nicely decorated and quiet. Beach access is only a few steps away. The elevator allowed my 82 year old mother, who has mobility issues, spend quality time with her children and grandchildren who had rented a house nearby. The wagon provided by the condo building made it easy to transport luggage and groceries. Parking was readily available. Restaurants and grocery stores are minutes away and Manteo is close-by for shopping or exploring the Alligator River Natural Wildlife Refuge. We were thrilled with the location and accommodations. Highly recommend!

Great Stay OBX during the Winter!
I know! We're crazy to come to the OBX in January! And boy, it was COLD! But I wanted to spend my birthday at the beach & we rarely come to OBX, so this was a perfect getaway! The property was amazing! The views of the ocean......OH! It was just PERFECT! I woke up on my birthday and saw SO MANY DOLPHINS and the most beautiful Heavenly sunrise!!! IT. WAS. AMAZING!!! This space was great for our small family too and super kid-friendly! Our son is 2 and loved the Pirate Ship playground and loved looking out at the beach too! I loved that we were so centrally located too! We were able to see so much and go to so many places, even in the wintertime! Next time we come to the OBX, if we don't stay in Corolla or Ocracoke, we'll definitely be booking this property again! We loved it!!! Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay!

Hidden Gem
This property, Paradise Plus, truly is a hidden gem. It was perfect for my husband, myself and our two 1/2 year old daughter. The view was fantastic from the condo! We loved that it was on the first floor which is just a short flight of stairs up or accessed easily with the elevator. This made coming and going from the condo easy. Parking was never a concern and everyone we met on the property was extremely nice! We even met one of the care givers, Mr. Mike in person and had a nice chat with him. Communication with Joe. Mike and Lisa was fantastic and they were very quick to respond to messages. As for the unit, it is beautifully updated and has the perfect amount of furniture to make it feel spacious and not cluttered. Attention to location of furniture and how the dining area is set up gives a great flow. The property was very clean as well upon our arrival and checking in and out was a breeze! We loved how short of a walk we had from our unit to the beach especially with a little one and our beach gear. The beach was never over crowded and you could always get a great spot. There are two great pools but spent most of our time in the smaller of the two because it was my daughter’s favorite and bonus just below our condo entrance door so it was easy for one adult to be inside while the other in the pool with our daughter and communicate to each other. My husband and I also loved how close Pier View Condos were to many grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and other locations!

Amazing Vacation Home!
We LOVED our time here and were sad to go! There were a few hiccups when we first arrived, Joe and his team were very responsive to those and any other inquiries. The beach is so close, never crowded, and gorgeous. The big pool was a ton of fun! The building is a little dated, however the apartment itself is wonderful. The biggest bed (where I slept) was so comfortable, my parents also slept comfortably in the other room. The kitchen has everything we needed outside of groceries, like cooking utensils and some seasonings. Don’t forget to bring oil/butter for cooking along with your groceries! The Keurig was very convenient, we just brought our coffee pods. The apartment was clean, the linens and towels were fresh. The couch does sink a little, but it didn’t bother us (and they are waiting for their new couch!). My dad (who has a bad back) found the desk chair most comfortable. The big tub makes baths for the kiddos easier, that was a nice perk. It was also nice to have a vacuum handy! The view…what can I say about the view when the pictures speak for themselves. It’s like having front row seats to nature’s beauty. It’s gorgeous! And the best part is we were only steps away from it. I loved the location, in between Manteo (aquarium!) and KDH/Kitty Hawk. I highly recommend Sugar Shack for seafood - they will make the fish/shrimp however you like, plus a gorgeous view at sunset. We loved breakfast at The Dunes Restaurant, and ice cream at Fatboyz Ice Cream! All were close by. We made the best memories and will most definitely be back!

Great View is about all
Our location was great and the kitchen was nice. After that I have a long enough list that I hope no one will ever experience on vacation.Our last full day and was held hostage in our room as the walkways were painted I needed to write these down and get it off my chest. 1. Sliding doors I had to put soap on the runners so my wife and daughters could slide them open and close safely. 2. Broken sliding door handle (Mike from maintenance did fix) 3. Handle on Master Bathroom Tub fell off in my hand (Mike from maintenance did fix) 4. Water Heater cannot fill tub in master bathroom (It takes 4 cycles of hot water and plug will not hold back the water long enough to really enjoy once you do get it to hold. 5. Stains too numerous to count on the floor 6. 3 brown Stains on the bed spread (Really) 7. Hole in Master Bedroom door (looks like it has been a while too) 8. Washing machine does not clean in fact makes clothes stink(We only have one towel for each of us to use) 9. Ceiling in common bathroom is bowed from water damage with a hole and starting to fall. 10. Mold (possible black mold) at wall/floor base under the master bathroom vanity. Wendy can’t sit there without complaining of the smell. 11. Hair left in the master bathtub on first day we arrived (pubic and not ours). 12. Bathrooms cleanliness can be described as disgusting especially around base of toilets molding is dirty as well. 13. Rack in master bedroom closet is sticky with who knows what. 14. Silverware tray has old food and dirt smeared in it. 15. Microwave was dirty we cleaned it. 16. Stains on furniture 17. Wifi was spotty and intermittent good only at times 18. TV screen in main room has dark stripe down the middle. Hard to view during the day. Pictures advertised do not represent the reality of the accommodations. We took pictures of all of these items and will be sending them to you. The last thing you want to do on a vacation is hear your wife and daughters complain to you about all the things that are wrong with where you are staying.

Fantastic sister retreat
My sister and I stayed for several days at this super convenient and lovely condo in early November. Right on the beach and close to everything. Loved it!!
