Located on the second floor, this waterfront retreat features a sunny open layout with a flatscreen TV with cable (all over TVs are Smart TVs), an updated kitchen with Drip and Keurig coffee makers, updated bathrooms, and a 38-foot deck facing the pool, which is a great spot to enjoy a nice cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Guests will find all the comforts of home in a serene setting and a great location for surf fishing. The main draws of this condo? The direct beach access, which offers fun in the sun, and access to a community outdoor pool!

Weekend girls trip

Perfect place to vacation.

This was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and direct access to the beach. If it rained, we could sit on the porch and enjoy the view, or could even go inside and enjoy it. It had everything we needed for a full week. We hated to leave. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment

It’s located in a convenient spot just inside of Nags Head. The pool and beach access on the side of the building are great. The apartment is spacious. downfalls: Vacasa was absolutely horrible to deal with. We were told the property owners would call us due to delayed check in and we never heard from anyone.

Nags Head Palace

Excellent furnishings, clean. Comfortable beds. Only concerns were the elevator was broken our entire stay, the heat/dry setting in the dishwasher does not work, bifold mirror doors in master bath need adjustment as they scrape. The kitchen could use a few glass measuring cups and a pitcher. Overall a plus.

Perfect location

House was beautiful and clean. We were right on the beach; however the first floor does not have beach view because of the dunes. I knew this ahead of time. There is a private wooden walkway that takes you over the dune to the beach. Restaurants and other activities are close by.

Made great memories

3 generations making memories. Great size for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable. We ate as a family around the dining room table. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean. The pool was well maintained and a welcomed way to relax after a day on the beach. Stores and restaurants close by. We brought our own toiletries, dish & laundry detergent. We did have to buy garbage bags as there was only 1 supplied. (not enough for a weeks stay). Not complaining...We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a great time. The place was very comfortable.

We all had a really good time. The only complaint that I would have is the televisions are too small and quite dated. It would’ve been nice if the pool would’ve been open and the beach access would’ve been accessible it was blocked behind yellow caution tape, the whole time we were there, but that’s part of going early season I guess. The beds were all very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean, and the kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Checkout was easy, we’d happily return again.

Outer banks

Great location, ocean front but unfortunately the dunes block the view, which was ok because we were steps away from the beach. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We stayed for seven nights and to our surprise there were only two trash bags, three dishwasher tabs and three washing machine tabs supplied for our stay and no others cleaning supplies others than a vacuum. The closet did not have enough hangers for all our clothes. No extra blankets or pillow cases for the extra pillows. We had a great time and you can not beat the location. Thank you for the use of your beach house…

Bible Study Group

This was a perfect condo for our Bible Study Gp of ladies. We so enjoyed all the beautiful comforts from the beds to the seating. Only thing I suggest is IF you come in the winter, bring some blankets as there are none. Otherwise it was PERFECT. Very clean, organized, and obviously cared for! Thank you for lending us your beautiful home for an amazing few days!
