Designed for entertaining, this adorable vacation home features two tiers of outdoor living space and a location within easy walking distance from the beach (0.3 miles to beach access). Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the screened porch, your afternoons splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand, and your evenings hanging out with crisp beverages on the shaded patio beneath the property.

The coastal-themed interior features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and WiFi. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy movie nights on the TV, and rest easy in comfortable bedrooms with provided linens.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Beautiful beach home
Beautiful beach home with a short walk to the beach! Comfortable furniture with lots of space to spread out. Everything was provided to have the best Outer Banks Vacation. The home is located on a quiet street but minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. It was everything my family was looking for. We would love to come back.

We came to this house last minute when our other rental we showed up to was extremely musty smelling and much older than expected. This was a literal breath of fresh air and such a cute home. We really loved the check ins from Vacasa as we had come from a not great experience. It was nice to know they really cared that we had everything we needed and that the home was up to our standards. We came from no linens, a dirty house, and old furnishings to a very clean house with up to date furnishings, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, linens, and extra toiletries, dishwasher soap, etc. These extra amenities really made the trip less stressful. The couch was comfortable and plenty big enough for our family to relax! I highly recommend Vacasa and this location.

Perfect location for
This location is very close to the beach, only a few minutes walk and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby too. It was a comfortable stay for 5 adults, a baby, and two small dogs. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for us to cook most of our meals during the week. The covered porch with the swing got a lot of use, and it was nice to know we had access to on-site laundry if we needed it.

Nice house but
This was a nice house close to the beach. We did have some issues with the cleaning of the house before we got there some hair in the bathtubs and in drawers in the bathroom also found items left from prior people in the bed frame next to the bed. Another issue we had is that when used the oven or stovetop it would heat up the house a lot I’m talking thermostat hitting 90 degrees made it quite hot in the house. We were unable to find the washer and dryer no info on where that was located. Other than the heat from cooking in the house everything else was great.

The house is well located to beach access. We were unable to access the washer dryer, however the Vacasa tech did get us access by changing the locks. Good place to stay!! Clean and great beds.
