"très bel hôtel, accueil très chaleureux avec de bonnes explications. Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus. "

"One minute walk to train station and bus station. And a small supermarket next door. They had a free water cooler so you could fill up water bottles. Had a little kitchette and balcony with chair and tables. By far the best place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in France. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

"The shoe box size 2 bed apartment we were given looked nothing like any of the pictures and was very tired and shabby. Beds were used for sofas with well worn covers. There is an extra charge for everything other than parking which is included. We paid extra for sheets for the beds which of course we then had to make ourselves.
