"I stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are friendly and rooms are of good size and the breakfast is good. But the room I stayed didn't have a mirror in the bathroom and didn't have the mini-fridge. Other than that, it was all good."

"Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely. Thanks to expedia for this good offer."

"Hotel Cyril is a budget hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is new and in good condition. It is away from the crowded central tourist district, near to the VIvekananda Kendra campus. A great destination for a multi-day visit."

"Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! "
