"The house is on a quiet lane only yards from the busy centre of the town. As expected, the parking space was tight, but with care we managed to get our large car into it, but could also park on a nearby street with a permit organised by the host. The house had all the facilities we expected, though some were showing signs of wear with a few small maintenance tasks being due. "Very similar to all of the other comments. A beautiful property in a fantastic location so close to the beach. The owners have thought of everything that you’d need for a stress free break. This is definitely a 5* property which we plan to visit again. "

Great location close to the beach & food places we also found a little wooden park 5minutes round the corner that was brilliant for the kids to have a run round. "We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "
