I never saw any staff as the place is self check-in/check-out. They give a notice upon check-in of pertinent information and there are also notices in the room. The only negative thing I have to say is that for the first 2 nights we didn’t have any lights. As a foreigner, I was unaware of the key card activating the lights. I think that should be...

"The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). The hospitality at this hotel is 10 out of 10, especially, care and kindness of the staff."
