Sulda Brill Holiday Home

An authentic farmhouse renovated with all modern facilities and a huge private pool and garden area.

This stunning holiday home has just been beautifully renovated using local reclaimed stones, some of which were recycled from old buildings, giving this accommodation a rustic village house feel.

Layout consists of entrance hall leading to the living room and a separate kitchen area with both rooms overlooking the main attraction of this accommodation the beautiful large pool, deck area and mature gardens. This outside space is then completed with a stone and bricks BBQ (charcoal not provided) and outside dining furniture for long summer nights al fresco.

The 5 bedrooms are spread around the house, with the first situated on the ground floor having ensuite facilities and the rest reachable from the stone staircase, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 of the bathrooms located in hallway)

The property is also ideal for the colder months, with a pellet stove in the living room and central heating all throughout.

Property will be rented out starting from 1st March 2020

Additional services:

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

All rooms are equipped with Air – Conditioning units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Location

The property is situated near a small farm with lots of different animals.

The village of Nadur lies on the easternmost hill of Gozo. It is an interesting traditional village and affords fabulous views over land and sea.

The baroque Parish Church dominates in-Nadur’s skyline and is one of Gozo’s best pieces of baroque architecture. The church is dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul and stands majestically in the sizeable village square opposite an old stone cross. The feast of Saints Peter and Paul, also called “L-Imnarja” is celebrated on the 29th of June, which is also a National holiday. The feast’s name derives from luminaria (illumination), and is connected with the start of summer.

The village has its own Maritime Museum, a treasure-trove of naval memorabilia from the time of the Knights, through the British era to the twentieth century.

In-Nadur is also renowned for the enchanting green valleys and peaceful bays that surround it. On the coast nearby are the beautiful beaches of San Blas and Ramla as well as Daħlet Qorrot. Ramla has also it's own restaurants opening all day. Apart from sandy Ramla Bay one can visit Dahlet Qorrot Bay and San Blas Bay, both in Nadur and both more peaceful and quiet than Ramla. Nadur main square is very lively especially in the mornings and with various restaurants opening for Dinner.

A Knights-period watchtower, Ta’ Isopu Tower (also called Ta’ Sopu or San Blas Tower) stands halfway between Dahlet Qorrot and San Blas.

A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

This amount is needed to cover for the following:

Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Lovely holiday home… just needs a few extra touches!
Lovely house in good location (although a struggle to find on arrival!). Spacious and clean. Great communication with Baron homes rep. Very sizeable swimming pool. Just needs some wardrobes in the bedrooms and a few other touches.

Cool Villa
It was beautiful, spacious, old style villa. Far by foot from the center but it wasn’t a problem (taxi’s are cheap and friendly) One thing that bothered me: they said that there is AC, but didn’t mention that you have to pay extra for the AC. Every night or day you have to insert 1 / 2 € coins in a machine to activate the AC. 2 € lasts the entire night is you hold the AC on minimum. There are 5 AC units… so if you want to use them all.. it’s 10€/night. It’s worth staying in the house. => for the kids :) => it has a big pool. Definitely recommend.
